Landscapes, lives and memories
Discovered on Film is an exploration of people, place and the stories that connect them. Working exclusively with analogue film encourages slowing down, looking more carefully, and photographing with intention rather than urgency. The process is deliberate, but the goal is simple: to create honest work that reveals something of the character, history and quiet humanity of the places I photograph.
Each project is a journey of discovery. From remote coastlines and forgotten waterways to communities shaped by memory, landscape and change, I seek out the subtle details and fleeting moments that are so easily overlooked. Whether documenting the resilience of coastal communities, exploring landscapes touched by history, or observing the everyday life of Whitechapel's many cultures, my aim is always the same. To tell stories that feel authentic, thoughtful and deeply connected to the people and places from which they emerge.
